Yes. You can change plans at any time from your account settings. Upgrades take effect immediately — you're billed the pro-rated difference for the current period. Downgrades take effect at the next renewal date so you keep what you paid for.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover). Annual plans can also be paid by invoice if your team needs it — contact us and we'll sort it out. ACH bank transfer is available for Business tier.
Is there a free trial for Pro or Business?
Pro includes a 14-day free trial — no credit card required. Business tier ships with a scoped proof-of-concept period; talk to us and we'll set up access for your team. Either way, you're not paying until you've seen it work.
What happens if I cancel?
Cancel any time — no fees, no questions. Your account stays active until the end of the current billing period. After that, you drop to the free Starter tier: your data stays intact, emails just stop sending for new users until you reactivate. We don't delete anything without 30 days notice.
